  • Shop Technician/Mechanic

    – Collaborating with team members to drive efficiency and problem solve.

    – Hold yourself accountable, and be willing to accept constructive criticism when needed.

    – Uphold the proper budget for each project.

    – Maintain proper records of time and materials.

    – Operate a variety of hand, power, shop tools, and equipment.

    – Support fellow teammates as needed 

    – Knowledge of: Methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the department

    – Perform other related duties as assigned

    – Proper usage of OSHA-approved safety equipment. I.e. PPE like gloves, eyewear, etc. 

    Skills

    – Above-average automotive repair

    – Electrical knowledge

    – OEM & Aftermarket fuel injection systems knowledge

    – Minor fabrication skills

    – Chassis assembly

    – Steering and suspension

    – Body panel assembly

    – Drivetrain adjustments

    – Advanced vehicle diagnostics

    Bonus Skills: Dyno experience 


    Requirements

    – Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines

    – Ability to identify issues and make recommendations to improve existing processes.

    – Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.

    – Ability to embrace new methods with little to no hesitation.

    – Motivated to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment.

    – Self-supply basic personal tools. 


    Minimum Qualifications

    – 3 years or more experience in the custom car, truck, and/or Hot Rod industry.

    – Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to change

    – Non Qualified individuals need not apply. At this time apprenticeships/internships are not being offered.

  • Autobody Restoration/Painter

    Duties

    – Collaborating with team members to drive efficiency and problem solve.

    – Hold yourself accountable and be willing to accept constructive criticism when needed.

    – Uphold the proper budget for each project.

    – Maintain proper record of time and materials.

    – Operate a variety of hand, power, shop tools.

    – Support fellow teammates as needed 

    – Knowledge of: Methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the department

    – Perform other related duties as assigned

    – Proper usage of OSHA-approved safety equipment. I.e. PPE like gloves, eyewear, etc. 


    Skills

    – Gapping and fitment

    – Prep work and epoxy 

    – Blocking, Long blocking, bodywork, and wet sanding

    – Panel matching 

    – Disassembly and assembly

    – Polyester prime and 2K prime

    – Fiberglass work

    – Bonus Skills:  Welding, Hammer and dolly, Cut and polish.

    – Super Extra Special Bonus Skills: Solvent and Waterborne paint

  • Metal Fabricator

    Duties

    – Collaborating with team members to drive efficiency and problem solve.

    – Operate a variety of hand, power, shop tools, and equipment.

    – Support fellow teammates as needed 

    – Knowledge of: Methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the department

    – Perform other related duties as assigned

    – Proper usage of OSHA-approved safety equipment. I.e. PPE like gloves, eyewear, etc. 

     

    Skills

    – Form and fitment of metal

    – Proficient welding skills with Mig and Tig

    – Aluminum welding

    – Rust repair

    – Panel Replacement and Panel design 

    – Structural Fabrication

    – Body sheet metal fab and repair. 

    – Chassis and suspension fab 

    – Plumbing of fuel and brake systems.
